Ladies and gentlemen (okay, it's a drum forum, so Gentlemen),
The Love Your Drums Fundraiser is now LIVE! Holy shit. Great work to everyone who helped get us this far, now everyone needs to get involved.
I just posted it the following on the DrumART Facebook page here:

-------
We are proud to officially launch the "Love Your Drums" fundraiser to benefit the family of the late Dennis Stauffer, owner of Stauffer Percussion and Phattie Drums, who was killed in a car accident last January.
Thanks to the unbelievable generosity and skill of many of the world's finest drum builders from the Ghostnote Drum Builders Website, nearly $30,000 worth of the most amazing snare drums and full drumkits you've ever seen will be given away in a random drawing on May 20th at the 2012 Chicago Drum Show.
The Sweet Relief Musicians Fund will be processing your donations and making sure everything runs smoothly. For every $10 donated, you will receive an entry into the drawing. Multiple donations will receive multiple entries.
Please check out all the drums and drumkits on our website at http://www.drumart.com/loveyourdrums.html, where you will find more information about all the drums and builders involved, a link to the donation page and the official press release.
Please give generously, and please *share* this information wherever you can!
-------
PLEASE share that post or post it on your own FB page, website, e-mail list, whatever. I will be adding it to the website and sending the press release out to all my industry contacts this afternoon and I'll be sending it out to the 12,000 or so folks on the DrumART e-mail list later this week.
Here's a list of the final links:
Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks again!
Next up: the timeline, badge and hang tag updates, and herding all you cats to actually get the drums to Chicago!
